Digital Marketing & Video Production Executive

Company Description

Mastro Metals Private Limited is a leading steel retailer with Sixteen years of experience in supplying building materials in Kerala. The company specializes in various construction materials like GP & GI pipes and tubes, roofing sheets, TMT, polycarbon, and hardware products.

Job Role:

Plan, shoot, and edit marketing videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.

Manage and grow online presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).

Handle digital marketing campaigns (ads, SEO, Google campaigns, email/SMS marketing).

Design creative content (posters, graphics, thumbnails, short ads).

Operate camera and related equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots.

Track performance of digital campaigns and provide regular reports.

Support branding activities, events, and product promotions.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).

Basic graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).

Hands-on experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).

Camera handling & lighting knowledge.

Creativity in storytelling and content creation.

Good communication skills & ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Any degree/diploma (preferably in Marketing/Multimedia/Visual Communication).

1–2 years experience in video editing/digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolio also considered).

Other Requirements

Should be flexible for travel for shoots (branch events, promotions, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
