We are seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer & Specialist who is passionate about both executing digital marketing strategies and training students in industry-relevant skills.
The role involves managing live digital marketing campaigns and conducting hands-on sessions to prepare trainees for real-world marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Plan and implement SEO, SEM, and social media marketing (SMM) campaigns.
• Manage digital advertising using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Data Studio.
• Develop engaging digital content — blogs, landing pages, ad copies, and social posts.
• Work with automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier.

As a Trainer:

• Deliver interactive digital marketing classes and workshops aligned with MESC standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and live project tasks for trainees.
• Guide students through campaign creation, analytics, and optimization.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and algorithm changes to keep training current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics / SEO / Digital Marketing preferred.
• Prior industry or teaching experience in digital marketing is desirable.
• Freshers with practical project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
