With a unique emphasis on real-world applications, we aim to ignite the passion for digital marketing in each of our trainees, ensuring they are well-equipped for successful careers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer, located in Kerala, India. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional content, and leading sessions on various digital marketing topics. The trainer will also be expected to stay current on industry trends, assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and assist trainees in developing their skills. Additionally, the trainer will be collaborating with other instructors and the marketing team to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Training skills
Marketing and Social Media Marketing expertise
Experience in Sales
Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
Relevant industry certifications or qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in teaching or training is a plus
