Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you’ll lead offline classes, mentor students, and deliver hands-on training in various aspects of digital marketing. Your goal is to ensure students gain practical experience, confidence, and clarity in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging offline training sessions on digital marketing topics Cover modules such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics Develop lesson plans, real-life case studies, and hands-on assignments Guide students through live projects and help them build portfolios Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and support students in building career paths Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools to keep the curriculum relevant Mentor students individually to solve doubts and boost their learning curve Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus Passion for education, mentoring, and upskilling others Ability to manage and inspire a classroom setting Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
