Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer based in Perintalmanna. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students and professionals to enhance their understanding of digital marketing concepts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, teaching Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and other relevant topics, evaluating learners' progress, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. Collaboration with the marketing team to integrate real-world examples into coursework is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively deliver concepts and engage learners
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Marketing strategies to design impactful training programs
• Sales knowledge to provide insights into integrating digital marketing efforts with organizational goals
• Ability to adapt to emerging digital marketing trends and incorporate them into training
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred
• Previous teaching or training experience in digital marketing is an advantage
• Proficiency in presentation tools and content delivery platforms
