Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver high-quality, practical, and interactive training sessions. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, updated with the latest industry trends, and capable of guiding students to build successful careers in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students on all major digital marketing topics.
• Create engaging, practical, and interactive learning experiences.
• Provide hands-on training with real-time tools, dashboards, and live campaigns.
• Monitor student progress, guide them in assignments, and provide individual mentorship.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and share insights in class.
• Evaluate students’ performance through assessments and projects.
• Support students in portfolio building and real-world campaign implementation.
• Maintain professionalism, discipline, and high-quality teaching standards.

Technical Skills Required

The trainer must have strong practical knowledge of:

Paid Advertising (PPC)

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing, App campaigns)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Spotify Ads
• Truecaller Ads

Social Media & Content

• Social Media Marketing Strategies
• Content Planning & Creation
• Canva – Advanced Designing
• CapCut – Video Editing

SEO

• On-page SEO
• Off-page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Keyword Research
• Search Console & Analytics Understanding

Website Development

• WordPress Website Development
• Shopify Store Setup & Optimization

AI & Automation

• AI Tools & Prompt Engineering
• ChatGPT for marketing use-cases
• Automation tools knowledge (bonus)

Soft Skills Required

• Fluent in English communication (verbal & written)

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Candidates with 1 year experience can apply only if they have strong practical expertise and project experience
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage
