Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and structured training sessions in Digital Marketing (offline/online).

Teach and provide practical exposure in modules including:

• SEO

  (On-page & Off-page)

• SEM / Google Ads

• Social Media Marketing

  (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Content Marketing & Copywriting

• Guide students on live projects, campaigns, and case studies.
• Monitor student performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ensure course content remains current.
• Assist the placement team by preparing students for interviews and portfolio building.
• Coordinate with the Training Department for scheduling, batch updates, and smooth classroom management.

Qualifications

• 0-1 Yr of Experience

• Strong Communication skills for delivering presentations, mentoring, and maintaining student engagement.
• Expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to teach and guide learners effectively in digital strategies.
• Demonstrated ability in Training and Sales to align educational sessions with industry expectations and objectives.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and current trends to provide practical learning experiences.
• Adaptability to teaching different learning styles and familiarity with educational technologies is an advantage.
