Digital Marketing Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our institute Digiversity. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, along with strong communication and presentation skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, mentoring students/professionals, and ensuring they gain practical, job-ready skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on various digital marketing modules.
• Design and update training content, assignments, and case studies.
• Teach key topics, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Affiliate Marketing
• Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools
• Influencer & Funnel Marketing
• AI Tools in Digital Marketing
• Provide hands-on training using live projects, campaigns, and tools.
• Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital marketing.
• Prepare students for industry certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
• Collaborate with management to improve training methodologies and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in digital marketing (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand training modules.
• Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
• Prior experience as a trainer/coach/mentor will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
