Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alwar for a Digital Marketing Technical Trainer. The Digital Marketing Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring trainees gain the necessary digital marketing technical skills. In addition, the Trainer will evaluate trainee progress and provide actionable feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Training & Development
• Technical Training skills
• Excellent Communication and Training skills
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
