Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Results-driven Digital Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to accelerate our online presence and lead-generation efforts.

Google Ads:

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bids and budgets to achieve ROI goals.

SEO:

Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic visibility and website rankings.
Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword analysis, competitor research, and link-building.
Optimize website content in collaboration with content and design teams.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs and generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.

Digital Strategy:

Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Recommend new tools and tactics to enhance lead generation and

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management and SEO.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
