Digital Marketing Specialist

As a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and services. You should possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. - Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 1 year). - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. - Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email campaigns, and social media platforms. - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.). - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
