Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow Uniwood's presence on

    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest

    .
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
  • Develop monthly content calendars in coordination with design & sales teams.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.

2. Paid Advertising Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

    for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Research and optimize website content for targeted keywords.
  • Monitor search rankings and suggest improvements.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite Insights

    to track campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track conversions, cost-per-lead, and campaign ROI.

5. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create marketing assets.
  • Write ad copy, blog posts, and promotional content aligned with brand tone.

6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Build and segment email/WhatsApp lists.
  • Design and send monthly newsletters & product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience in

    digital marketing, preferably in interior design, real estate, or lifestyle sectors

    .
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

      and

      Google Tag Manager

    • Basic SEO tools (Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or Ahrefs)
    • Canva/Photoshop for basic graphic edits
  • Strong copywriting & storytelling skills for social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of

    Local SEO

    and Google My Business optimization.
  • Experience with

    video marketing

    & YouTube channel growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking.
  • Basic HTML/WordPress skills for website updates.
