Digital Marketing Specialist Industry Category: Marketing Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time (WFO) JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Collaborate with design and product teams to develop marketing assets. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. SKILLS & TOOLS: Expertise in digital marketing tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEO tools. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred). Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, social media ads, and other paid media. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Passion for sustainability and innovation in apparel a plus.
