Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media strategies aligned with organization goals.
  • Write, plan, publish and manage high-quality, platform-specific content for social media platforms, including scripts, emailers, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Create quick-turnaround graphics, infographics, reels, and short videos using Canva/Figma; collaborate with designers for advanced creatives.
  • Provide live coverage of events, field visits, teacher programs, and leadership sessions.
  • Build and nurture educator communities (LinkedIn Groups, WhatsApp groups, Academy forums).
  • Conceptualize and run digital, email, and WhatsApp campaigns to promote products, programs, services, and success stories, including supporting broader digital marketing, ATL, and BTL initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing and paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth, CTR, lead generation) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use analytics to refine strategy, optimize campaigns, and enhance content performance.
  • Implement SEO optimization across website and social media platforms, including keyword research, metadata updates, and content enhancements to boost search rankings and reach.
  • Stay updated on trends in education, EdTech, AI in learning, content formats, and platform behaviour.
  • Develop innovative formats such as podcasts, educator stories, micro-learning videos, interviews, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, analytics, and platform behaviour.
  • Ability to design visuals/video editing using Canva/Figma; basic Adobe skills preferred.
  • Ability to convert education/EdTech concepts into simple, engaging content.
  • Creative storytelling and campaign thinking.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, scheduling and planning tools.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work with tight timelines and cross-functional teams.
