Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring for Villoo Poonawalla Memorial Hospital (Under Poonawalla Group of companies).

Job Responsibilities :

1. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines (Google Ads), and email to drive inquiries and appointments.

2. Content Creation: Collaborate with medical staff and doctors to produce educational videos, patient success stories, and health awareness posts (e.g., World Heart Day) while ensuring patient confidentiality.

3. SEO & Local Search: Optimize the hospital website and Google Business Profile to improve local search rankings and manage patient reviews.

4. Social Media Management: Maintain active official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, responding to patient queries in a professional manner.

5. Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Insights to track KPIs such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI.

6. Ethical Compliance: Ensure all digital activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and data privacy norms (like HIPAA or local equivalents).

7. Answer all the queries received from people on hospital mail ID or posted on google, website, etc. in coordination with respective departmental in-charge / head & keep track of the same.

8. Coordinate with team for giving patients positive feedback on Facebook, Google review, WhatsApp etc.
