Job Description

Who We're Looking For:

Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns

Content optimization and keyword research skills

Ability to analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest actionable strategies

Plan and execute SEO strategies

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation

Collaborate with our web development and content teams

Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance regularly

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (

    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for

  • Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized content.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns, retargeting ads, and audience segmentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise

    : Proven expertise in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience

    : Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing digital marketing projects and driving successful campaigns.
  • Certifications

    : Google Ads and Analytics certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications preferred.
  • Skills

    : Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
  • Soft Skills

    : Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a results-driven mindset.
