Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing team and drive digital campaigns for our forex trading business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the forex industry, expertise in paid digital marketing strategies, knowledge of the Middle East market, and working experience in both Web2 and Web3 marketing ecosystems. This role requires a results-driven professional who can enhance our brand presence, optimize paid promotions, and grow our social media and community following.

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies.
• Develop and oversee paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize SEO activities to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Create and implement strategies to increase social media engagement and followers across platforms for different companies.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in forex trading, digital marketing, and Web3 innovations (blockchain-based communities, tokenized marketing, NFTs, etc.).
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to the Middle East audience.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Track marketing performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Identify and develop partnerships with key influencers and affiliates in the forex industry.
• Leverage both Web2 and Web3 platforms to expand digital reach, build communities, and engage with new-age audiences.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of paid media campaigns, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with both Web2 and Web3 marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, blockchain-based communities).
• Experience managing a team of marketers and leading successful marketing initiatives.
• Understanding of the Middle East market and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes.

• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing programs.
• Experience in affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations within the forex industry.
• Background in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Exposure to Web3 marketing campaigns, NFT-based promotions, or blockchain-driven community growth.
