Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Kolkata for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, managing and optimizing social media platforms, and creating impactful online marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to develop creative digital campaigns, driving brand awareness, and ensuring content reaches the targeted audience effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing strategies and execution
• Proficiency in using Web Analytics tools to monitor and optimize performance
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams and convey ideas effectively
• Keen understanding of online user behavior and market trends
• Proficiency in managing and creating digital ad campaigns on various platforms
• Experience in content creation and advertising for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Past experience in the media, advertising, or creative industry is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
