Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  , and other digital platforms.
• Manage and update the

  Shopify website

  , ensuring a smooth user experience and tracking marketing-driven conversions.
• Track and analyze

  Amazon and Flipkart order performance

  , ensuring accurate reporting and coordination with e-commerce operations.
• Manage

  marketing budgets

  , ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across channels.
• Develop and implement strategies for

  retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization

• Use data analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (13 years) in

  Performance Marketing

  or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Ads Manager

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
