Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & SEO Expert)-1 Year Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT service-based companies and should be skilled in managing digital campaigns, SEO, paid ads, social media, and content strategy.

This role directly supports business growth by generating leads, improving brand visibility, and creating data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO
• Monitor website traffic, bounce rate, and conversions
• Coordinate with the design/development team to ensure SEO-friendly website updates

Paid Ads & Campaign Management

• Plan and run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for conversions and cost-effectiveness
• Manage budget and reporting for paid campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
• Generate monthly performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on data insights

Lead Generation

• Create landing pages, forms, and CTAs for campaigns
• Nurture leads via email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales team to track lead quality

Key Skills & Tools:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or service-based companies)
