Job Description

Develop and implement digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Develop and implement digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Manage digital marketing budget, spends allocation, and media buying efficiency
Lead execution of campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, e-commerce platforms
Coordinate and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, performance agencies, creative partners and third-party vendors
Provide clear briefs, monitor deliverables, ensure timelines, and evaluate agency performance
Review media plans, creatives, campaign structure and optimize for reach, conversion and ROI
Plan and execute performance marketing across owned, earned and paid channels
Lead e-commerce campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C), analytics, tracking and campaign improvement
Manage internal digital marketing team and mentor junior members
Prepare reports, dashboards and insights to drive decision-making
Maintain competitive benchmarking and explore digital innovations
