Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and segment target audiences to create tailored campaigns that maximize engagement and conversions.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce product videos, case studies, and infographics.

3. SEO & SEM

• Optimize website and content for improved search engine rankings.
• Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

4. Social Media Management

• Manage and expand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and run targeted social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.

5. Email Marketing & Automation

• Develop lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools.
• Track, analyze, and optimize email campaign performance.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor digital performance metrics across channels.
• Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Support the sales team with digital collateral, presentations, and marketing assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or IoT domains.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
• Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams.
