Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist based in Meerut city. The specialist will focus on generating quality leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads specifically for the IT/Software sector, while also leading the Digital Marketing Team. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in lead generation for the IT/Software industry using Google Ads. Familiarity with lead generation in the same sector through Meta Ads is an advantage. Prior experience in SEO and related technologies is essential. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahref, Semrush, Ubersuggest, etc. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) is a plus. Ability to analyze data and derive insights for digital marketing campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, or Meta Ads are desirable. Preference will be given to immediate joiners. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
