We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Facebook Ads Expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns—primarily on Facebook and Instagram—for our e-commerce and leads generation clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for multiple e-commerce fashion brands and lead generation for gameing client. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate weekly reports Perform audience research, A/B testing, and budget management to maximize ROAS Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages Manage end-to-end funnel strategies including TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU campaigns Set up and manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies Stay up-to-date with digital trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and platform updates Assist with Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts when needed Perks and Benefits Work with a creative and passionate team Opportunity to handle multiple high-performance projects Performance-based bonuses and incentives Skill-building and growth opportunities
