Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a daily content calendar tailored to our business niche and audience interests. Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Craft creative campaigns and contests based on current market trends to boost engagement. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google , Instagram , and Facebook with a strong focus on ROI. Optimize website content and blogs for SEO to improve search engine visibility. Write and post trend-based articles that position the brand as a thought leader. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, dev) to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Continuously monitor analytics, report performance, and adapt strategies for better reach and conversion. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 13 years of experience in digital marketing or content strategy. Demonstrated ability to create and manage performance-based ad campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO principles, digital performance metrics, and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Qualifications & Skills Experience with trend-driven content creation for Reels, Shorts, and other video formats. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console. Hands-on experience with design and editing tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro. Creative thinker with the ability to translate data insights into impactful content strategies.
