Key Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Manage ad budgets and deliver high ROI for clients.
• Work closely with the creative team to test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates to improve ad performance.
• Research competitors and audience behavior to refine targeting and strategy.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content performance.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Ability to collaborate with design and strategy teams.
