Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies:This involves creating comprehensive plans to promote hospital services, attract patients, and enhance the hospital's online reputation.
  • Manage the hospital's online presence:This includes maintaining the hospital website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
  • Create and manage social media content:This involves developing engaging content for various social media platforms, interacting with followers, and building a strong online community.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns:This includes developing and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach specific target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis:This involves analyzing market trends, patient preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance:This involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other departments:This involves working closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall hospital goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends:This involves continuously learning about new technologies, platforms, and best practices in the field to ensure the hospital's digital marketing efforts are effective and relevant.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital marketing expertise:Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Content creation and management:Ability to create engaging and informative content for different online platforms.
  • Social media management:Experience managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and engaging with online communities.
  • SEO knowledge:Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
  • Analytics and reporting:Ability to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate insights.
  • Communication and collaboration skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Healthcare knowledge (preferred):Understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and patient privacy.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving:Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, analyze data, and solve problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
