Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, etc.) to clients and generating revenue by acquiring new business and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Understand client needs and tailor customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services such as:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SEM/PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Email Marketing
  • Website Development and Management
  • Content Marketing and ORM (Online Reputation Management)
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or B2B service sales.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies.
  • Existing network or client base in relevant sectors (e.g., e-commerce, travel, healthcare, education).
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, client-friendly language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
