Digital Marketing Sales Associate - Amazon Ads

About the role:

Join O3M’s Inside Sales team to onboard Amazon sellers into our Ads Management services. You’ll speak with pre-identified sellers over phone (no field travel), explain our program value, and guide them through a smooth onboarding. Bonus: you’ll learn the ropes of Amazon Ads from a top partner agency.

What you'll do:

• Call assigned Amazon sellers (warm leads) and explain onboarding process.
• Understand seller goals; pitch the right plan and clarify next steps.
• Collect basic details/documents and coordinate with our account management team.
• Maintain call notes and status updates in CRM; follow up to closure.
• Hit weekly onboarding targets with quality and professionalism.
• Share feedback from sellers to improve our pitch and process.

Must-haves:

• 1–3 years experience in sales or customer support (strong communication & listening).
• Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken).
• Work from Office only (Chennai).
• Positive attitude, clarity in speech, and a do-it-right mindset.

Good to have:

• Hindi speaking ability (many sellers are from North India).
• Experience with inside sales/telecalling/CRM tools.
