Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and persuasive Digital Marketing Sales Advisor to join our sales team. In this advisory role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through the benefits of services such as Google Ads , PPC , social media advertising , and branding to drive their business growth. Key Responsibilities: Engage prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their marketing needs. Advise clients on the best digital marketing strategies tailored to their goals and budgets. Present and explain digital marketing services including Google Ads , PPC campaigns , social media marketing , and branding . Develop customized proposals and strategic sales presentations that address client pain points. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure and client onboarding. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot , Salesforce ). Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns. Provide post-sales consultation and support to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales, consultative sales, or business development Strong understanding of Google Ads , PPC , social media ads , and digital branding Exceptional consultative selling and client advisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot , Salesforce , or Zoho CRM Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective marketing solutions Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional and client-focused approach Added Advisor Sales Skills: Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients Skilled in uncovering client pain points and aligning product solutions accordingly Expertise in handling objections and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements Experience in educating clients about digital marketing ROI and KPIs Capability to mentor junior sales staff or support team knowledge sharing Preferred Skills: Google Ads or HubSpot certification Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing Understanding of SaaS or B2B digital marketing sales cycles Experience in drafting proposals and managing client contracts What We Offer: Competitive salary plus commission and performance bonuses Opportunity to grow into senior advisory or account management roles Exposure to a wide range of digital marketing solutions and industries Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
