Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and target audience Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns Performance Marketing: Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media Conduct keyword research and optimize ad targeting to reach the right audience Track and analyse campaign performance to improve ROI Email Marketing: Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions Track email metrics and analyze performance to optimize future campaigns Additional Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends Assist in organizing and attending industry events and conferences Stay up to date on the latest marketing and digital marketing technologies and tool Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Experience with content creation and editing tools Knowledge of performance marketing principles and strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for marketing and digital trend
