Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms).

Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic design principles is a plus.

Roles and Responsibility

Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

Campaign Management:

Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing.

SEO and SEM:

Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to maximize visibility and ROI.

Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.

Budget Management:

Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on campaigns.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to inform strategy.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
