Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, and paid advertising).
- Design and manage Winfra's social media presence to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute growth-driven marketing experiments and conversion tests.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Identify emerging trends, tools, and strategies for business growth.
Website Development & Management
- Design, build, and maintain the company's website ensuring modern design, user-friendly navigation, and responsive performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages optimized for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor website analytics and conversion funnels, implementing improvements to enhance user experience.
- Ensure website security, updates, and smooth integration with marketing tools.
Creative Content & Multimedia
- Create high-quality graphics, visuals, and marketing collaterals for campaigns.
- Edit and produce videos for social media, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic input on digital innovation and adopt emerging technologies where applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing management and website development (WordPress, HTML/CSS, or other CMS platforms).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar).
- Creative thinker with expertise in content creation, social media, and online branding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
