Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with successful digital marketing campaigns. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM. - Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. - Strong creative and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards challenges. Preferred qualifications may include certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications, experience with marketing automation platforms, familiarity with HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms, experience in B2B or B2C marketing, and knowledge of graphic design tools.
