Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development:

2. Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that provide excellent user experience and performance.
3. Use modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.) to build custom features and functionality.
4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for mobile responsiveness.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to functionality, performance, and design.

6. Design Work:

7. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing layouts and interfaces.
8. Develop custom graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements for web pages and digital assets.
9. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

10. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

11. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
12. Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, keyword optimization, alt text, and internal linking.
13. Optimize site speed and user experience to improve SEO rankings.
14. Monitor and report on website analytics and search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

15. Blog & Content Creation:

16. Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other content to engage website visitors and improve SEO performance.
17. Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
18. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and is consistent with the company s tone, style, and brand voice.

19. WordPress Management:

20. Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including installing themes, plugins, and updates.
21. Customize and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
22. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement WordPress-based solutions for various business needs.

23. Skills:

24. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
25. Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
26. Experience with website performance tools (Google PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix, etc.).
27. Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
28. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

1. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).
2. Experience with website hosting, DNS management, and website migration.
3. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
4. Graphic design or UX/UI experience is a plus.
