Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role involves coordinating various digital channels, such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, to achieve marketing goals and objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Role & responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy 1. _Develop Digital Marketing Plans_: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and influencer marketing. 2. _Set Digital Marketing Goals_: Establish digital marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives. Campaign Execution 1._Campaign Development_: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and display advertising. 2._Paid Advertising_: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. - Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). 3. _Content Creation_: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and copy. 4. _Influencer Partnerships_: Identify and partner with influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences. Performance Analysis and Optimization 1. _Data Analysis_: Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign results. 2. _Campaign Optimization_: Optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data insights, improving ROI and campaign effectiveness. 3. _Reporting and Insights_: Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams. Requirements: 1. _Bachelor's Degree_: In Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. _Experience_: 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Apparel/Textile industry. 3. _Certification_: Certification in digital marketing 4. _Skills_: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams. 5. _Experience_: Experience in managing large digital marketing budgets and leading high-performing teams.
