Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Should Be very Strong on facebook ads & Google Ads.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote hearing aids and hearing care services.

Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns to generate leads.

Oversee website content, landing pages, and online appointment booking systems.

Create and manage targeted campaigns for different customer segments, including seniors and caregivers.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging, educational content.

Plan and run email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and awareness drives.

Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, videos, and blog content.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies in the hearing care industry.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with healthcare/medical device experience preferred.

Proven track record in lead generation and online brand building.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.

Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills with an ability to target diverse audiences.
