Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives* Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.* Implement AI-driven marketing tools to improve targeting, automation, and content creation* Lead initiatives aligned with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for improved presence in AI-based searches* Manage SEO strategy, website performance, and lead generation funnels* Drive Marketing Automation workflows including drip campaigns, nurturing flows, and CRM-based triggers* Analyze data and deliver insights for performance optimization and improved ROI* Enhance brand presence and digital storytelling across social media channels* Supervise content strategy blogs, landing pages, videos, and email marketing* Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams for seamless execution* Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation* Stay updated on digital trends, emerging AI capabilities, and new platform features* Mentor, support, and lead the digital marketing team
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field* 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong strategic expertise* Advanced skills in SEO, SEM, SMM, AEO & GEO* Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)* Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills* Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, GSC, Ads Manager, etc.* Proven ability to manage multi-channel high budget campaigns* Strong leadership and project management skills
