Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Creative Strategy

  • Develop brand identity, content pillars, and tone of voice.
  • Create and execute high-impact content calendars for social media and e-commerce.
  • Conceptualize and lead photo/video shoots, ensuring content is platform-optimized.
  • Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize for performance.

2. Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Devise strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Stay ahead of trends and implement viral content ideas (especially for reels & short-form video).
  • Build and nurture online communities and brand advocates
  • Influencer Marketing and UGC strategy

3. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center.
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC) and continuously optimize for better performance.

4. Creative Campaigns & Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute innovative campaigns like festival launches, influencer marketing collaborations,
  • Identify growth hacks and low-cost marketing opportunities to improve ROI.
  • SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, oversee on-page & off-page SEO, and collaborate on content planning.
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Set up and automate flows on Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Zoho. Focus on engagement and retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics on GA4, GTM, Looker Studio. Deliver clear performance reports.
  • Conversion Optimization: Optimize landing pages and customer journeys through A/B testing and funnel audits.
  • E-commerce Marketing: Preferred experience with Shopify
  • Team Growth & Training: Hire, mentor, and upskill the digital marketing team to keep pace with evolving tools, trends, and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in D2C brand management, combining social media growth and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating viral, high-engagement social media content.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong creative direction skills and ability to lead designers, copywriters, and video teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG, F&B, personal care, fashion, or lifestyle categories.
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software.
  • Prior exposure to influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
