The Role:

The purpose of the role is to formulate overall marketing plan and budget for online business as per the strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the brand team to enhance efficiencies of creatives and campaigns and test out different content forms for optimization while maintaining consistency in brand tonality.
  • Solely manage agency, partner, network and vendor relations on behalf of the organization for the captive online business
  • To work with brand marketing to make sure the materials are delivered as per specs and timelines and with agencies for monitoring and campaign effectiveness
  • Can evaluate Pre and Post media campaigns and derive actionable learnings
  • Drive Media and sponsorship innovations
  • Understands media campaign management across Meta, Google and affiliate networks.
  • Create influencer content tailored towards driving revenue
  • Partner with brand marketing to Create promotions to increase traffic online
  • Drive Performance Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Consumer Experience tools. Formulate overall digital marketing plan and budget as per the strategic business objectives
  • Drive content creation for all brand websites- emailers/ sms/ product descriptions etc
  • Drive customer engagement/ enhancement tools on all brand websites
  • Drive agency and other partners/vendors to deliver campaign materials
  • Work with partners to deliver on the assets available for brand marketing and coordinate with partners to check the execution of the deliverables and assets
  • Should be able to understand Consumer research both on the qualitative and quantitative side

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have 5-8 years of experience preferably in online domain
  • Must be a Graduate/ Postgraduate from recognized university
