Job Description

We are looking for a

strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager

with 6 8 years of experience to lead our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role requires expertise across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive

    digital marketing strategies

    aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize

    SEO/SEM

    campaigns to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Plan, manage, and grow the company s

    social media presence

    (organic & paid).
  • Design, execute, and monitor

    email, content, and paid ad campaigns

    across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement, ROI) and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators, sales) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools such as

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot

    , or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of

    SEO/SEM best practices

    , keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Proven experience in

    content marketing, campaign management, and social media strategy

  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or HubSpot certification.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, or ActiveCampaign.
