Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for B2B and D2C Brands.

Conduct in-depth audience research and develop advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to maximize conversions and ROAS.

Write persuasive ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, conversion-focused visuals.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance, scale results, and achieve client objectives.

Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools; prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C performance marketing.

Work closely with the client servicing and strategy teams to ensure alignment, communication, and seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom events.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing platforms for brand and campaign growth
• Experience in developing strategies for Lead Generation and Marketing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and lookalike audiences.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and emerging trends
• Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
• Familiarity with other paid platforms such as Google Ad, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.
