Digital Marketing Lead – Performance & Growth

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate qualified B2B, distributor, wholesaler, and export leads through digital channels.
• Execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads with ROI focus.
• Manage and improve bellneedles.com for SEO, traffic, and lead conversion.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach targeting distributors, importers, and B2B decision-makers.
• Plan and run email outreach campaigns for domestic and export markets.
• Maintain a professional B2B and export-ready brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Manage WhatsApp, email, and CRM-based lead follow-up workflows.
• Coordinate with freelancers, designers, and agencies when required.
• Track leads, cost per lead (CPL), and outreach performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

• Monthly qualified leads generated.
• Cost per lead (CPL).
• Website inquiry and conversion rate.
• LinkedIn and email outreach response rates.
• Contribution to sales pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications:-

• 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
• Exposure to B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Strong execution, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
