Role & responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing

  digital marketing campaigns

  across social media platforms.
• Conduct

  market research

  on competitors, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop engaging

  visual and written content.

• Manage

  social media engagement, performance analytics, and SEO activities.

• Contribute to

  email marketing and lead generation

  initiatives.
• Support

  offline promotional events, branding, and local outreach campaigns.

• Assist the HR team in posting job listings on social platforms and tracking applicants.
  
• Help with

  candidate communication, scheduling interviews

  , and maintaining intern records.
• Participate in

  employer branding initiatives

  to strengthen the companys online reputation.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign performance and HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or completed degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing concepts

  (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Strong

  communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational ability and a proactive learning attitude.
  
• Fluency in

  Tamil and English

  preferred.
