Role & responsibilities Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Conduct market research on competitors, audience behavior, and emerging trends. Coordinate with the design team to develop engaging visual and written content. Manage social media engagement, performance analytics, and SEO activities. Contribute to email marketing and lead generation initiatives. Support offline promotional events, branding, and local outreach campaigns. Assist the HR team in posting job listings on social platforms and tracking applicants. Help with candidate communication, scheduling interviews , and maintaining intern records. Participate in employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys online reputation. Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign performance and HR activities. Preferred candidate profile Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing). Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Good organizational ability and a proactive learning attitude. Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.
