Job Description

Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive (1-Year Experience) - Digital Marketing Agency

This role focuses on bridging the gap between the client's business goals and the agency's creative and execution teams. It requires a blend of excellent communication skills, project management, and a foundational understanding of digital marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for a set of assigned small-to-mid-size clients.Clearly articulate client needs, objectives, and feedback to the internal teams (e.g., Social Media, SEO, Paid Media).Manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and performance outcomes, especially in response to unforeseen challenges.Assist the Account Manager/Account Director in

    briefing

    internal teams on new project requirements, scope, and strategic direction.
  • Coordinate the workflow

    for campaign development, ensuring all client assets (copy, images, approvals) are collected, and all agency deliverables are on track to meet deadlines.
  • Review deliverables (e.g., content calendars, ad creatives, performance reports) for

    quality and accuracy

    before they are sent to the client.
  • Ensure all client communication, assets, and key decisions are logged and maintained in the agency's project management system.Develop a

    basic understanding

    of the client's industry, competitors, and key digital performance metrics.
  • Assist in compiling and formatting

    monthly performance reports

    by coordinating data from the analytics, media, and SEO teams.
  • Contribute to

    deck preparation

    for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and campaign wrap-ups.
  • Identify and flag potential risks or organic

    upsell opportunities

    to the senior account team based on client feedback and campaign performance.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client Retention Rate:

    Maintain a high satisfaction level to ensure client continuity.
  • Response Time:

    Adhere to agency SLAs for client email and urgent request response times.
  • Project Accuracy:

    Minimize revisions due to miscommunication by ensuring the internal team is briefed correctly the first time.
  • Reporting Timeliness:

    Ensure all regular client reports are delivered on or before the agreed-upon deadline.
