Work Shift: US hours: 5:00/6:00 PM IST - 2:00/3:00 AM IST

Role Description: We are looking for a talented digital marketing generalist who is willing to grab a startup opportunity as a founding member to create the digital marketing function and then build it over time. This could be the job that gives you a meaningful financial reward on your stock options when we drive towards exit in the next 5-7 years.

Responsibilities:
● Website creation for customers, optimization, SEO growth. Working knowledge of Wordpress and Webflow. Resourceful use of external consultants for website graphics.● SEM: Campaign management for customers and spend management● Email marketing: Creating emails, varying content for best open and click rates● Social Media: Campaign management for LinkedIn primarily and Facebook● Data creation and cleansing: Familiarity with list building and cleansing for customers using tools such as Crunchbase, Hunter.io, uplead, IP Quality score etc.● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Qualifications:
● At least 2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing with some of experience in the US market● Demonstrated analytical skills● Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills● Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure● Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems● Comfortable in team-oriented atmosphere● Knowledge of Google GSuite and Hubspot. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is useful. Familiarity with at least one email marketing automation tool as well as social media such as LinkedIn campaign manager is required.Knowledge of Adobe products is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,453.47 per month
