Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with social media management, content creation, and basic digital marketing activities. This role is hands-on and execution-focused not theoretical learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create basic content including posts, captions, reels, and short videos
• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Engage with audience through comments and messages
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)
• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements
• Support other digital marketing tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing
• Interest in content creation (graphics, reels, captions, videos)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, or similar
• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Willingness to work from office at HiLite Business Park
• Ability to learn fast and execute without constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• Prior experience managing personal or business social media pages
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
