It is essential to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the success of the digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. A demonstrated record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2C environment is required. Proven experience in Google Ads and its latest updates, as well as strong experience in Native campaigns and SEM campaigns, are essential. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in interpreting data, and have experience in managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns. Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising is crucial. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills will be key in this role.,
