Job Description

Creates visual content for online marketing campaigns. This role involves designing a variety of assets like social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and promotional materials, all while ensuring they align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. They develop creative concepts, translate those concepts into visual designs, and optimize graphics for different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation:Designing graphics for various digital platforms, including social media (posts, stories, ads), websites (banners, images, icons), email marketing (newsletters, promotional emails), and other online marketing materials.
  • Branding and Consistency:Ensuring all designs align with the brand's visual identity, including color palettes, typography, and overall aesthetic.
  • Collaboration and Communication:Working closely with marketing teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and incorporate feedback on designs.
  • Optimizing Graphics:Preparing and optimizing graphics for different screen sizes, platforms, and load times to ensure optimal performance.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of current design trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing.
  • Conceptualizing and Storyboarding:Developing visual concepts and storyboards for various marketing campaigns.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Design Software: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Visual Communication: Ability to translate marketing messages into compelling visuals.
  • Understanding of Typography and Color Theory: Knowledge of how typography and color choices impact design and user experience.
  • Branding and Identity: Ability to understand and apply brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of basic digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications

Graphic Designer

Adobe Photoshop, UI/UX, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adove After Effects, Canva
Graphics and Graphic Design skillsLogo Design and Branding expertiseTypography knowledgeProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar softwareExperience in video editing and motion graphics is a plusStrong attention to detail and creativityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
